Kate Clanchy

Kate Clanchy is a Scottish poet and freelance writer. She’s also worked as a teacher and won awards for her writing. These include the Scottish Arts Council Book Award for Samarkand, the Writers’ Guild Award for Best Book, and Orwell Prize for Political Writing for Some Kids I Taught and What They Taught Me.
