Mitsuo Aida

Mitsuo Aida was a Japanese poet and calligrapher who passed away in 1991. His work is well regarded and was heavily influenced by Zen Buddhism. Sometimes he is often called the “Poet of Zen.” His best-known book is Ningen damono or Because I’m Human.
